pps2000 activation error code 11

hello all if youve seen my other thread you will see that 2 weeks ago i bought a pps kitt that i have been having trouble with
the main thing was getting the software on the pc to run as it kept going off all the time and would not activate.
Well i had a old copy of the lexia 3 pps2000 i had forgot about and tried to install this with no luck so i formated the laptop reinstalled xp with no antivirus /firewall software and tried again and had no luck again so i bought another copy of the pps2000 and managed to get it installed on the laptop (all good i thought) until i tried to activate it that is i loaded the keygen and did all the step by step activation input so i could load the relevant info on the keygen which let me create a code which i copy & pasted on to the blank page and submitted it for activation Great i thought all going well.
NO invalid code (error code 11) so ive repeated this application now for over 2 & a half houres and its no change ive tried putting in - between the numbers ect ive tried all i can think of and iam now at a loss
Any ideas as to how to overcome this activation code error? all answers very much welcomed

Try not copy and paste , do it manually

Well after another (6 houres) of pulling my hair out doing copy paste & manual input it still has not worked (f--king thing)

Has to be to do with your laptop , any chance you can try it on another one?

did my copy not work with your laptop? if not then i will have to argee with Martin try another laptop if you can, the laptop i use is a dell inspiron 1300
only thing ive done is update the memory to 1GB and modded the CPU from 1.5Ghz 400mhz to 2Ghz 530mhz

mine is 2nd hand too got it for £20 and it was never really used son bought it for his mum but just sat in the bag for years, so i snapped it up and had some latop ram here so cost me nothing best thing about it the battery still holds the charge getting aroung 1hr 20mins with it

the laptop is a Acer aspire 1350 amd athlon 2200 512mb ram 20 gig hdd which i bought for using this device on and no i have not got another laptop to try this software or device on (unfortunately) i have only the desktop i use for internet used mainly for the kids home work.
