PP2000 problem

Hi all,

As a newbie in PP2000, I have some troubles to get in.
PP2000 has been activated successfully and the software seems working good.
It can read the vin code, chasis number and so on but when I click "Peugeot Planet Diag" it gives an error like "Impossible to launch the application. Try again or try another application." I restarted my laptop many times, also tried to unplug and plug the usb but no go.
On the other hand, if I click "Peugeot Planet 2000", it tries to connect to internet and it also gives an error after a while like "This application can not be started as it has not been activated. The customer code is not valid. Error code 4."

I have installed the PP2000 from the dvd, and I also run the update. Then I activated it and that's all.

I appreciate your helps.

Sounds like somethings gone wrong with the activation can't use pp diag, we can only run pp2000.
If possible take a screen shot or two and post here some of us may be able to point you in right direction.

I will try to deactivate and activate it this evening. I will keep here informed.

Only Planet 2000 works , it mustn`t be activated right , when it looks for updates click NO.

I deactivate and activate it again and it worked.
