planet loading trouble

Hi guys ,i am in need of your help again lol ,my planet turned up today ,but i am having trouble understanding how to activate it ,i have the keygen but dont seem to work ,program asks for the customer code ,i think that is 001 ,identifier of pc ??? dont know what to put in here ,number version PP2000-21 i think !! then service rescue code ?? dont know what to put here ,then it saying please enter dates ? ,and can you tell me what rrdi codes are ,cheers guys

When you have loaded planet , open it ,then hit the spanner button at the bottom , this will open activation page , press activate and it will open a page with all relevant info , enter into keygen , get code

thanks again lol ,do i need it plugging into the car to ge this info ,or is from the disk ,cheers

Just plug in your interface and open software , first page car models , round button on bottom of page , looks like spanners.
