peugeot planet help
I got peugeot planet today and now I am having real difficulty installing it. I have done the update, I need to get into it now to authorise it. but a pop up keeps coming up saying. The new java plugin requires firefox 3 or later. I have latest java and latest firefox, why does it need firefox?
Anyone help, Ive been struggling for hours now. I have windows 7 and running it in compatability mode |

think you really need it running xp but others will know more

Think its a software problem. What version of Planet have you?
All those problems sorted with DIAGBOX. Been using it for a few months with Citroen. Using it on Peugeot last two weeks. Its a great job.

What's diag box?
Also tried uninstalling firefox..... Same error |

Diag box is the newer version of pp and lexia combined , try reloading without update.

This is not going well. Tried it on the desktop which runs xp. It works but when asking for customer code it keeps saying wrong one then blocks me

Any chance you can put some screen dumps up to try and help I struggled to get it working at first but with a little help i got it running.
