Peaugot 407 2007: Heater Motor Only working on 1 side

Peaugot 407 2007 model, heating only working on passenger side. Cold air only blowing out on drivers side, no heat at all. HAVE YOU A FIX? Without having to remove heater motor?

You will find a fix on here if you search i have read about one i think there is a kit to repair something to do with shaft breaking takes a few hours to fix though .
