Fitted from inside. You shouldn't have to move the flap.

When i tried the flap only moves slightly and i cant get my hand passed flap, when i removed it it fell inside and the only way i could get it out was to bend flap out of the way .Thls is something that might break so is the flap not moving enough for me to access the area cheers worz

Well, I had the exact same confusion when I was trying to refit my heater resister. I was wondering whether I was supposed to fit it from inside. It turned out that my guess was right! Anyway, please do note that there is no need for you to move the flap!
