Default P1113 code and engine autodiagnosis light

Hi.
I have a peugeot 1.4hdi, year 2006, 175000km.
What's the meaning of the code P1113.
It has also the engine autodiagnosis yellow light on.
Can anyone help me?

P1113 Intake air temperature (IAT) sensor circuit open/short
EDC16C3 - Diesel high pressure regulation circuit. Rail pressure below minimum pressure.

Any problems with the car?

Get the fuel pipes to the fuel filter checked. I'll bet there is a leak in one from being rubbed by the airbox or the one way valve in the primer bulb has failed or failing leaking diesel back to the tank.
Is the car hard to start?
When was the fuel filter changed last?
What is the quality of the diesel like?

Thanks in advance for the suggetions.
I've already get those fuel pipes replaced, they where in fact leaking. The light still's on, and the problem still persists
Yes the car is hard to start.
I've changed the filter on december 2010, a year ago.
The quality of the diesel is an average one, not the best one, but not the worst.

They could be gone again. When you prime the bulb beside the airbox does the car start easier.

Yes it's startes better.
There's another error code poping... The P0087 one.
The mechanic replaced the pressure valve and for know it seems that it solved the problem, let's see.
