Hi,
I have a PEUGEOT 407 2.0 HDI AUTO X-LINE SW built in 2005. I need to top up the oil and I can't find any information on what type of oil to use. I called a Peugeot dealer and asked them on the phone, they told me that they would use 5w/40 Semi Synthetic. Can anybody confirm this? This spec of oil does not appear to be on sale in garages or even on Halfords, I can find it on-line however. Is this oil that specialist, why is it do scarce? I'm totally confused by the whole oil choice situation and there does not appear to be anything available to inform car owners, not event on the Peugeot website |
