oil leak

hi i wondered if anyone can help with this problem. i recently brought a peugeot 407 on a 56 plate, i brought it with an oil leak which was coming from the seal at the top of the engine block, my mechanic has replaced all the seals but the oil is still escaping for the top has anyone got any suggestion.

Any pictures ? where is the highest oil mark on the engine and whereabouts ?
