oil in intercooler

Hi
I have a peugeot 307 hdi 110, i am having to top up the oil quite frequently. it is leaking into the intercooler pipe and intercooler. car runs fine but has the anti pollution light on constantly. there is no smoke from exhaust and engine sounds fine. anyone have any ideas why the oil is leaking?
