I'm just back from ordering a fuel filler cap sensor, whilst there, I was speaking to a mechanic who told me that the new series of Peugeot Diesels will abandon the entire Eolys injection system. He described it as over-complicated, prone to failure, hard to diagnose and expensive.
I took it that he may not have been a great fan of EGRs, DPFs, Sensors, fluid, etc.

It would only be a disposal of the fluid-not EGR etc. I sometimes wonder if these mechs actually know anything about these systems myself
