well i bit the bullet and bought anew keyfob from ebay for the pricey sum of £8.49. it came today so i thought i'd get on and change the inards and blade(new fob came with a blank blade, opened it up and it all fell apart
![]() After about half an hour of swearing and abuse it was back together, tried fitting the blade and yep my blade was thicker so wouldnt fit.Off down the shed and 5 mins later all was well ( bench-grinder was sick by now alls good now so im happy

Ditto! Done exactly the same today for mine.... was going to be my main as the spare was in pieces already and my main key doesn't stay folded in straight and likes to wobble, yet, unlike you who went to the shed to make it fit... I made it fit! So it isn't quite as it should be as doesn't always lock into place when flipping open, but its a lot better than the spare which was in 3 pieces
