New 207 Sportium Clarion multimedia fault

I bought a new 207 sportium at the end of July. The salesman made a big thing of the built in Clarion multimedia station. I took it back a week later because the Sat Nav was sending me anywhere but my desitnation. They reset it and it was slightly better but still tried every route apart from main roads and didn't recognise roads that are less than 15 years old. Then the sound stopped working and two weeks ago the whole unit packed in. I've had real trouble getting the dealer to take this seriously. Eventually on Friday they admitted it is a fault other dealers have reported. They've still got my car. Anyone else had the same trouble? If so when did you first report it and what sort of response did you get?
