Default mileage computer

has anyone had a problem with the mileage computer mine will work fine and --be showing 30-40 mpg then for no reason drops to 16 -17no change in speed or throttle pressure and just how accurate are they?

Good for a guide, but in my opinion, the best way is to manually calculate mpg

Look at the average mpg reading as apposed to the ''live reading''. Its more accurate.
