Default The manufacturing of Peugeot 5008

Hi everyone!
How many minutes does take the assembling of components on Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDi 112 6 speed manual at the production line?
Thanks for the answers.

I need to know that for a competition which is taking place at the state where I live. I'm just asking those who work at these kind of component and casting plants or those who may have an idea...

It takes less than 1 minute ,

take all components for the inside of gear box , turn gear box casing on its side , pour in all the pieces and close ,
wait 6 months and watch all the crappy Peugeot gearboxes come back with faults.

If that doesn`t get me a prize i don`t know what will.

(only joking ,i love pugs)

Wink

Yeah
In my opinion it can be a very fast process (according to this video). I was hoping there will be some automotive engineer or somebody like that who is actually working at those production lines.
Nevertheless I enjoy some fun at this forum with you, guys.

BTW: 5008 is a really fancy car, personally one of the best cars made by Peugeot and best speaking about French MPV's. In addition I love Pug's HDi motors.
Even when I won't be supposed to win the 1st prize, I would consider buying 5008.

I've found a better video right here. But my french is really bad. The important part is called 'Montage' and starts slightly after the half of the video.
Would anybody help me to translate this part (searching for some information about time should be enough)?
Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!
