Maintaining Leather Seats

Hey,
this is probably a silly question but how often should i treat my leather interior? and any good suggestions on what to use?

I used to use Auto Glym Leather Care Balm.

I personally thought that was decent stuff, bought it up nice and clean and made it nice and soft too.

Not sure on how often but I used to mine once a month or so as it doesnt really take long as with the AutoGlym stuff you just gently rub in and whipe any excess off..
