A little carefull warning

Folks,
Just a quick note on the cold weather..

At work we are having some work done by outside contracters [ builders]

One of the guys, showed me his hand the other day, one finger totally black

Says he.." I was cleaning the snow from around the wheels of the digger, and threw a couple of handfuls of salt down [ bare-handed]...next few hours numbness never left the finger...went to doctor...yup..frostbite!"

Doctor keeping a weekly check on the finger, but cannot guarentee him not having to amputate if things don"t improve!!!

So......it"s really bitterly cold out there, just be carefull when trying to get on the road first thing in the morning, very, very easily done this frost-bite business!
