Unhappy Leak on Turbo Return Pipe 607 2.2HDI Auto

My Mate has a problem with his 607 Auto 2.2HDI and I wondered if anyone could help.
There seems to be a leak on the Turbo return pipe just were it joins the inlet manifold, I think that’s what the pipe is called but I am not sure.
It is a stainless steel looking pipe and fixes on the manifold by two Allen bolts through a flange.
On removing it there doesn't seem to be any gasket fitted so we are not sure if it should have one or not, but it is definitely the source of a leak as it is always black and oily around the area, and looks as if it has been coming out for quite some time as it has covered the front of the engine with muck.
Any suggestions?
Regards
Dave

put a gasket in and see if it stops leaking.....just make one with a cornflake box...if it works go stealers and buy proper gasket.....
