Hello all,
I have a strange clunking noise coming from the front right side (I think). Could you please guide me what the source of this noise could be. This noise happens only when I am driving over uneven surfaces like manholes in the video. First half of the video is taken from the front passenger side and the second half is from the driver side. Thank you very much in advance. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuzCrYXyRdg or http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xgh...gelen-ses_auto Last edited by PugLover; 01-09-2011 at 05:10 PM. |

Ahh sorry. I have 307 SW 1.6 with petrol. I am gonna put it in my signature How can I be sure that the noise is coming from anti roll drop bar link rods? I mean, is there any kind of particular test that I can perform to understand this part is gone? |

Pull on them when the car is on thr ground, you'll get play in them if they're gone.
The inner antiroll bar bush clamp that holds it to the subframe gives trouble on these too. It knocks and you have to fit a little length of rubber tube around it to dampen the noise.
