Hi guys me again !! Just finding out now that the bloke next door took the key apart when the wife's car broke down thinking it was the key battery ,he replaced the battery after half hour with no battery in the key ,this may be why i cannot get the bsi rebooted ,any ideas ,thanks

Open the key and see if the Transponder is still there , small black piece of metal , then put key in ignition , turn ignition lights on but don`t start car , hold in the lock button on the key fob for 10 seconds , let go turn of car then start car , see if windows work.
