Default I need to know how, oh and Hello, I'm new...

Firstly Hello. Thanks for making this forum. I want it to be good.

I have wanted and longed for a manual with a picture to say "Fig 2.1 Speedometer sensor plug connector" and "Fig 2.2 Speedometer Connector to fuse box" or something like that.

I just got a used Expert. i really like it, BUT the speedo was un-noticed by the garage that I it wasnt working (damn). I phoned the sellers at the garage spoke some native lingo only they understand. I got that it was easy to fix, and I did get that the sensor is on the gearbox... not the wheel.

I need a reference source.

So my former van was a Citroen C15. It was special. It went. It had old technology and a handbook. My Expert doesnt, and the WWW is hiding all info from me, its so modern!! But even the Peter Russek manual I got today has no reference to the speedo, or fuse box, or anything I need to fix without a tub o grease.

I need a picture of the speedo connections from a FAQ. I need to fix my mileage LCD back light too...Is there a fuse box diagram....? I dont know what Im doing without one, but I do know its easy. I dont want to pay a fully time served mechanic 90 quid to pinch a plastic toggle and belittle me saying ' aye, there it is...' id prefer paying for a black eye. but I can ask You all.

In all honesty Id love to learn with the aid of this forum the best ways to keep this fine van on the road. Peugeot Citroen Fiat did the best thing making this van. And Im proud to drive one!

thank you

Oh My days...

What an amazing link - you have gifted me with a thousand goats! I shal bring to you the milk of gratitude. Thanks a mint!!

Although some of it is 'damaged' and unreadable...

Ok now i had a look and all is well with the fuses, I looked under bonnet to find a yellow 4 pin and white 4 pin plug un-attached and floating around the pollen filter airbox thing. i shall remove that tomorrow to fint the sockets for these plugs as im sure one of them is for the speedo. I shall also look at the instrument panel rear for bulbs. Its all new territory this electric milarky, so any guidance here would be FIRST CLASS!

Thanks all who help us!
