Default I have to start my car twice

I have a new Peugeot 206+, I have to start my car twice every monrning or when the car is still for a few hours. I took my car to an authorised Peugeot repair center and they reset the computer, nothing has changed. What can be the problem and what I should do?

Thanks!

My car is totally new, I have to start my car twice every morning or when I have my car undriven for a few hours, mechanics at Peugeot Service Center updated the car's odise(i don't know what it is) but they said this is the central computer of the car. The problem still exist, there's even a risk that the situation gets worse in cold weather. I have asked different mechanics and they have listed possible parts of the car which can cause the problem, they are as follows:
fuel pump
clugs
wiring of the car

They have checked everything but the problem is still unsolved. I need some guidance, please help!

Yes, they've updated software in ECU-the year model of my car is 2011, the problem is very strange, when I turn the key at the last stage to turn the engine running, the engine cranks but it's not that powerful to turn the engine on, even if I hold the key for 1 minute, but in the second time it fires up the engine in a flash of moment, the funny thing is that if I turn the key for a slash of a second and turn it back to the idol mode and then turn in again to fire up the engine, the engine fires up like it has never had any problem at all!!! Now I have to do this every morning, Please help!

That sounds like an immobiliser problem with the system not recognising the chip in the key 1st time.

If its a 2011 and new as you say then dont do anything yourself, its still under warranty so get peugeot and peugeot only to fix it!

I take it that you bought it brand new from peugeot and not nearly new from another garage?

Thank you for the tip!
I bought this car from an authorised Peugeot dealer, it is under warranty. Now I have a few questions for you, why do you think the problem is related to the Immobilser System? Could you please explain the reason for this? How can this problem be fixed?

Thanks!

Did you say this car is a 206? What country are you in?
206 was finished production in 2006!
I know we (ireland) and the UK don't have a 206+.

206+ is 2009- onwards for the Left-Hand drive only market, basically a 207 front end with a 206 back end.
