Had same problem on my 02 307, disconnect battery and leave for half hour (so airbag doesnt blow up in your face!) behind steering wheel you will feel a little slot on each side, push a screwdriver in each side inwards and the front cover (the horn press on the wheel) will come off, inside is a v-shaped brass connector on a wire carefully pull this out and with a needle file clean around the edges of the hole and the v-shaped connector, put some vaseline around the edges you have filed, add a little tension to the connector and push back in and put everything back together and your horn will work! mine did, there is a video and step by step instructions somewhere on the web, apparently it is another common fault on 307's! good luck!.

The are three little brass studs on the steering wheel itself. They get burned from the current that operates the horn running through them.
Run a bit of sandpaper over each of them and it should work again.
You will need to remove the three t20 screws that holds on the black plastic bracket. When the bracket comes off it will come off with 3 springs. Don't worry they will go back on no problem. Basically you'll see what needs to be done when you remove the airbag and then the bracket.
