Exclamation Help Installing Peugeot Planet (not Activating) Please

Hello everyone!

So i decided to adventure myself into this new world and bought the Lexia diag system (clone) on ebay. I have managed to install Lexia 3 (Citroen), update and activate it in a breez but with PP2000 it's an all different story...

When I execute "InstPC" to begin the installation process I get the recommendations to plug the laptop to the power outlet, restart the workstation and close all the apps. I've done all this and pressed OK and chose English as my language. and pressed OK again.

Then it says "Portable being updated - Please Wait"

And it immediately halts the installation with the following message: "The installation of your application has failed. Please restart the work station and repeat the installation" If the procedure fails again, contact the assistance helpline. Confirm to end"

I really don't know what to do here
