heater hot and cold pug 206

hi can any one help i have a pug 206 y reg automatic had new thermostate put
in new temp switch new water pump and have flushed radiator and system also put fresh anti freeze in heater runs hot and cold one miniute it is roasting then
goes cold find if you bleed system it goes hot but not for too long anyone have any suggestions on what it may be thank you

bad egr could cause it to run hotter.. thats all i know, and i dont even know if 206 has egr
