serviced the pug on saturday oil & filters ect noticed that the turbo hose clamp was covered in a bit off oil at the bottom clamp so got the 7mm socket out and tighten it as it was a tad lose (best way to do this is from the drivers wheel off) that was ok last night i thought the car was down on power so put the car on the computer and no codes so i though i'll check the clamps again from top to bottom and guess what the one i tighten up was lose so i got 2 new ones and replaced them and boy car as got the power back!
so if your HDi 110 feels low on power and no codes check your clamps! the ones you need for the rear are 40-60mm and can be bought from halfords £3 qiud a box off ten well worth the money
