fluid cooler on autogearbox 1.4 206

The fluid cooler on the back of the auto gearbox!#Is it possiable it can leak and mix water from thr cooling sysytem with the gear box oil!

If someone knows how the this cooler works aswell!#does oil go round it while the water cools it?

no one knows about the fluid cooler on a uto gearbox!#iv never even knew a 1.4 would have a oil cooler for the gearbox!
I need help with this as i never had a car above 1.6 so i have never come across a fluid/oil cooler before!
