Default Faulty tyre pressure sensor valves

This is my first ever request.
My '05 407 is driving me crazy with beeps and visual messages that tyre pressures are low. I fitted one new valve (£60), and although this tyre is losing pressure, I get no message about it - only for the other 3 that aren't losing pressure. I would like to remove these valves and fit normal ones, but need to know how to disable the function on the computer so that I don't keep getting the messages. We have a Modus at work, but do we need to know a cancellation code, or what? I'm a Body man, not a mechanic!

If you want to turn the system off just find someone on this forum with peugeot planet they can turn it off for you.

Just search peugeot planet map.

Default 407 tyre pressure valves

Saw the replies about Peugeot Planet and looked at the links to the download, inc. the fact that it takes up to 4 hrs to do, but don't understand how to use 'Rapidshare'. Am I right in thinking that I can pay someone £5 to buy a disk that has all the info on it? Remember that I'm new to all of this - never used a forum before
Regards

you will need the hardware side of planet for the software to work. so you could download or get a disk but it will be pointless without the interface.

check the planet map for a local member who will be willing to meet and for a few beer tokens carry this out for you.
