Post Fault on MFD:"Absence of the clock saving permanent positive"

Hi all!
I'm new here and I just received my pp2000 software and lexia interface.
I run the tests with my 407 and got two faults.

First fault was for the passenger side humidity sensor and I think it's broken.
I tested again with my friends sensor plugged in and there were no fault.
So I think I must buy a new sensor somewhere. Cleaning it did'nt had an effect.

But im confused with this other fault I got.
It says it's in my multifunction display: "Absence of the clock saving permanent positive".
I can clear the fault, but when I run the test again it shows again.
Any ideas why this fault is showing?

Thanks!

Seen that a few times , though it never caused any problems so it was left alone

I've seen it on four 307s I've diagnosed, along with the oil temperature gauge fault (they don't have oil temperature gauges!)

MFD fault:
I have RD4 with cd-text but without mp3-support in my 407. If something is applied in PP and not exist as a component, can it make this fault?

Humidity sensor fault:
I called a local dealer who said that they don't have this part in any of the stores in Finland but the importer has 5 of them. Price is 86 euros.
I try to contact some local scrappys and hope that they have this part for less money from some crashed 407.

I too have got this fault coming up this morning - never seen it before, until I tried to install and enable the USB box for the RD4. Could the two be related?

I took my battery off the other day. When I reconnected it I still had the radio stations programmed, but the clock had reset.

Do you think it could be an optional extra of battery backup to the clock which was never activated or fitted?

That would seem logical, but.... it wasn't there until this morning. Its never shown up until I tried to get the USB box to work. To further complicate matters, I cleared the fault and it came straight back... cleared again, went for a 10min drive, scan when got back, and fault had gone.... checked couple of other bits, did another scan and its back

I don't know where the time is actually stored?

Got the humidity sensor fault fixed by buying a used sensor from crashed 407. Easy to install and fault was gone. Price was 30 euros for that used part.

The MFD fault disappears when you clear it and stays away for the next scan. When you scan again after the "clear" scan, the fault is back. I don't have usb-box or anything connected to mfd. Is there a small back up battery somewhere inside the console which keeps the time correct when power is off? If it's empty, that could be causing this fault...maybe, just guessing.
