By 'booster' to you mean a jump start pack?

Sounds like you've gone and damaged something.

Had you disconnected the battery before wiring in your ICE?

No I hadn't. I had disconnected, just when been connecting boxed subwoofers power cable, to batteries positive clamp connector.
Now, looks like after turning off ignition, battery goes disconnected as well. And when turning ignition on everything works well except remote key, and I need set up all data (date, language...)again.

Assuming you've checked all your fuses etc, then I'm thinking a damaged COM2000.

i fitted an amp (which powers in the same way) and found that the device will always draw power as its connected directly...do you have the signal cable connected from the headunit to the device to tell it to come on when the headunit is on only?

im thinking its draining the battery and your ecu is thinking there is a drain and trying to save itself by stopping power to everything. if that makes sense.

edit: disconnect the device from the battery, take the car for a run to charge it. and see if it keep data this will narrow it down for you.

I have checked fuses, they are ok. As well did basic diagnostic (no faults). Do I need to check some relays or something else? If yes, witch ones? And one more question how I can test COM2000. Thank you very much.

After I have discovered problem, I have disconnected subwoofers power cable from battery immediately, but problem didn't disappeared.
