I've been having a bit of trouble with my cigerette lighter department. The lighter worked sometimes, alothugh it wasn't fully charged. Everything else that was put in the lighter socket didn't work, I checked the fuse and it turned out it had blown. I replaced the fuse but it still didn't fix it. I tried to take out the full section but it caused a spark and blew another fuse, I tried replacing that fuse but it won't let me put another one in without causing damage to the fuse and more sparks.

Anyone got any ideas?
