hi, im new to this so howdy all,,
is there anyone out there that can tell me if a 306 gti-6 gearbox would fit into my 405 td estate??? and yes i do mean under the bonnet and not in the boot!!!!
also if it does fit would it be worth doing?? or will it just open up a big can o worms!!!..

Highly unlikely. that gearbox is quite a long box because of the sixth gear.
Why do you want to change the box?
