Diagnostic code reader?

Hi guys i own a peugeot partner van 2004 and i am having some problems with it,somethimes while driving the van seems to miss,i was just wondering if it is possible to get a DIAGNOSTIC CODE READER for my van??thanks guys

you can buy a unversal code reader from ebay but these are not very good your better off seeing if your near to sum1 on here with peugeot planet to do diag click on link
