Customer satisfaction at Robins & Day
Hello people, I'm new to this forum, but have owned pugs for donky's years.
I hope I am in the right forum to give out a thank you to the staff I dealt with this week at Robins & Day, Bristol.
To name in a most favorable way.
Mr. Phil' Smale.
My vehicle developed a failiure of the brake servo, and just two months out-side of warrenty.
To cut the story short, Phil contacted Peugeot on my behalf, & resolved my problem in the most satisfactory of ways.
As a foot-note in all my dealings with Robins & Day, the staff, especially in the service department are top people.
