got my new car today, unfortunatly not a peugeot.

specs:

Ford Focus Zetec Climate 2006, 1.8 TDCI, 5 Door, Silver, used 54,000 on clock, 6.5% APR (close brothers military finance)

I hope theres a blue dash heading its way, am i right in thinking fords still come as green standard?

haha im thinking a different colour to suit the silver, like an icy colour, might give it a few months to get settled with it. yeah it comes with green illumination and red needles.

got a little update for you guys.

received a letter friday morning, from the solicitors of the owner of the fence. anyways they claim that i have damaged 60m of fence and hedge and would like £5000 for the courtesy of colliding with it. thats over 3 times of what i got for the car..

well i rang the insurance company up and they are very interested in this and would like all the evidence such as photos to prove otherwise, so i have forwarded the letter (after taking a photocopy) with a cover letter explaining and 5 photos to show damage caused to the fence to show it was not 60m and £5000 worth....they also admitted they do not have evidence to prove their case, there loss really.

im going to keep copies of all correspondance, films of the photos etc as people at home reckon it might go to court. just as well i have legal protection services from the forces and insurance company.

will keep you guys posted.
