Hi All,

Does anyone have an exploded diagram of a brake vacuum pump for the 307 1.6 hdi model please?

Thanks for that Trem1, don't suppose there is a more details one showing how the spring and valve fit inside the clip marked 'A' is there?

Basically I took it off and now can't remember which way round they go!

Talking of vacuum pumps is there a way the servo could leak back to it, as my brake pedal has started to drop while you press it.

Sounds like you have an air leak, have you changed the brake fluid recently?

If the brake vacuum unit isn't working (i.e. no vacuum) the pedal would be rock solid. Have you checked all the pipes etc?

Do you have a diagram of how the EGR cooler fits at the back of the engine (1.6 hdi)

Ive ordered a new egr valve and cooler, looks like to cooler doesn't need bolting on from the back....result!
