Automatic Wipers

Think i know the answer to this but is it possible to adjust the time delay or sensitivity of the sensor for the automatic function on the wipers ?

At the lightest of rain the wipers start to sweep but the intermittant delay is about 2 seconds, then when it gets heavier they are contstantly on. But there is not enough water on the screen for this so they start to squeek. When i need is a sweep about 1 every 10 seconds, The when i hit about 50mph they go nuts and switch to fast speed. It is really annoying and i have to swicth them off and do manual single sweeps when i need it then switch them to postion 1 when required.

I have tried cleaning the screen over the sensor but no luck

Nope. Maybe there is something in PP, but i wouldnt know as i dont have one.

nah i dont think there is....when mine were like that i changed the blades and it became alot better....still crap tho...
