Runtimes are usually indicative of shoddy programming, but that isn't the case here.

Try downloading something like PowerISO to mount the ISO instead, and try and install it from that to eliminate any issues from the CD Burning process.

PowerISO <- you can use it in trial mode to do all that you'll need from it, and then uninstall it when you are done, assuming you have no need for it beyond this point.

In the mean time, do you have anything that could interrupt any calls, such as active monitoring from A/V software?
