Anti theft wheel bolts

I have a Peugeot 307 SW 1.6 and found out that the two front bolt have
been sheared off, the locking wheel nut cannot grip to get the bolts off any suggestions to how they can be removed,

your local tyre fitter should be able to remove them easily enough
