Lightbulb anti-hijack feature

hi folks,

when looking through other forums for my car i come across an anti-hijack feature, where when you unlock the car, the drivers door is the only one to unlock and the other stay locked untill you press the unlock again.

now on mine to activate this feature i have to begin with the car locked, then hold the lock and unlock button on the fob at the same time for 5 seconds, the indicators come on for 2 seconds and then this is activated.

well the question is does this work on peugeots? im just curious

I've noticed that sometimes, when I've used the manual key (as opposed to the remote), the driver's door unlocks, but none others. The interior lights don't come on, and the indicators don't flash either. To open all the doors, I have to re-lock the car then unlock it again. I thought it was a fault.

heres another i just found....the alarm....

the dealership told me the car had an alarm and so did the insurance company when they did a reg search...

anyways i locked the car, shook it, rocked it even stayed inside and moved around...but nothing...

but i found it by pressing the lock button once, waiting 20 secs, then open the door from the inside...the car makes loads of noise and people look at you :P

but by pressing the lock button twice i cant open the doors from inside or out or anything...i think they call this deadlock...

just thought i'd share that just incase someone has been told their car has an alarm and didnt know how to set it off...

i have found these last 2 features and keep thinking did my 307 do this?
