air bag fault 407 sw

i have had air bag warning that says "steering column air bag fault.low stop.local.
have tried to reset using planet but as soon as it clears itcomes back on again .
antone have any idea of how to fix this fault as i cant get mot until i can clear it.

Over here we don`t get turned down for airbag light , but that doesn`t help you sorry.
