Default Advise on buying Lexia & Planet Diagnostics

I was looking for a hand held unit to do everthing on my new Peugeot Bipper Tepee Outdoor 1.4 HDi 70 but seems the only thing is the Lexia & Planet system. Could someone advise what is latest versions, what I need and maybe best place to purchase. I understand I need the S 1279 Module for use with Bipper. There are so many out there selling hard to know what is genuine. I have an almost new Dell notebook P3 1Ghz, 512MB, 60GB to dedicate to it. I would also like to find the Latest Service Box for Bipper Tepee. On ebay seen prelude_vti selling what seems like all I want for £169 + £14 P&P. Says more rugged guts in main unit I feel these are used units so wary. I only will be using it to monitor emissions due to CHECK ENGINE warning often popping up but worth having so I can get local garages to do repairs as local Peugeot service manager bit of a bulldog, I think he's up Peugeots ar_e, sales and guy in parts are helpfull but they are new to Peugeot after Dixons went but that was no loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I will be keeping this tub as long as it keeps going as great for my disability.
