806 wont start

hi all wonder if any one has had a fault with none starting of 806 hdi, i bought the car as a none runner replaced fuel tank pump and car started striaght away, car ran but had like a missfire, turned car off and went back to it the next day and would not start again, have already replaced cam/crank sensors, rechecked timing.

how long had it been sitting around?
might need some fresh fuel and a filter change, especially if the new pump has pumped a load of crap through the system

had the fuel system cleaned out and new fuel filter fitted. ive even put fuel cleaned in the filter, can get it to fire on sniff but thats it.

So compression, air etc is ok then.
Have you tested the fuel pressure at the rail?
