2008 Expert van stucked in economy mode ,not cranking ,cant access ECU

hi all ,

2008 Expert van stucked in Ecomony mode (battery warning light flashing when ignition on) ,All the lights in the instrument cluster tuning on when ignition is on but wont crank .Tried to connect Lexia 3 and several other diagnosing macines but non of them connect to ECU .

ECU and the fuse board on the off side of engine bay are good (checked by fitting on another vehicle )

Battery is fully charges and water oil levels checked .

Any ideas?

Autodata and tolerance data does not provide the wiring diagramsa for this model .If anyone have this please help
