Trouble with PP2000- Help

Hi.
I have read almost all the threats on this forum and I couldn t find a case like mine...

Last week I bought the PP2000 and the Obd cable from China.

I installed it on mi Windows Xp SP3 ( Using Virtual Box) and all the installation,update and recognition went Ok.

But when I open PP Office and I want to enter in PP2000 I can t because it appears an error. ( The PP Office recognise my car - VIN and Engine model)

¿What can I do to solve this problem?
