hi all,
i have a 53 plate 307 hdi d-turbo (110 bhp) which i have plans for, but i would like to know if i can get a boost gauge for it, if so what gauge would you all recommend and how do you fit them?? thanks for taking the time to have a wee read. barry. |

They usually take their feed from the actuator vacuum pie, and you'll need a fused switched feed to illuminate them at night. Posh expensive ones tak CANBUS data from the OBD socket instead.
If you don't know what you're doing, buy an upmarket gauge and employ a pro to fit it. The Garret/KKK 307 turbos are generally tough, but notoriously sensitive to anything that affects the programmed boost level and a new tubby will cost ten times what having the gauge professionally fitted will.
