Anyone near High Peak have Planet2000?

Hi, I am a newbie here.

I am considering fitting a cruise control onto a 52 plate 2.0 90bhp HDI 307 Rapier estate. I can buy the control from my local dealer for about £50 but I need to know :

is it possible to enable this in the ECU?
Is there someone near or in the High Peak who could activate it in the system for me?

From what i have gathered, is that there is a problem with the 2002 307, the option isnt available in planet. daffyduck can confirm this. and i can for the 2001
