30 pin plug pp2000 vs ecu

Do anyone know if it is possible to connect directly to the ECU (edc15) with 30 pin connector that comes with peugeot planet 2000?
I do not have the plug, but will buy it if anyone here can confirm

Don`t know i never work on older models , but i have the cable and its yours for £10 posted if you want.
