2003 307 SW 110 and Lexia-3

Been looking through the posts and still cant find a definate answer.

Im looking to buy a Lexia-3 for my 307, but have read from several sources it dosnt work with some models?
Can anyone clarify wether or not it'l work with a 2003 307 SW 110 HDI
