Default Sticky overload.

Hi , Yes , just in the door and trying to change the system !!!! First of all let me say that i'm very impressed with the quality of this forum . I find it strange that Stickies appear at the top of every page, Is it possible to have the stickies only on the first page. This would free up space by allowing more posts per page and cut down the number of pages . please let me know your opinions, Regards John.

i see what you mean...i'd say a better way would be a seperate section called "stickies" or "toptips" that sorta thing and move them all to one place. then have an anouncment saying before posting your fault, if your new - leave a damned intro, and before posting fault check the stickies and use the search.

thats my 2p worth
trem1 and JazzJPH like this.

I agree with John. Please let's only have stickies at the beginning of the forum thread list.

Just hit "new posts" and the stickies won`t annoy you.
